What's the best way to learn PHP?

Hi, I'm starting a website, and have a developer working on the code right now. It will be PHP, and I will be able to edit stuff, but I'm totally new to this.

Can someone point me in the right direction -- what is the best way to learn PHP so I can do something as admin (instead of hiring someone to make every tiny change for me)?

Look at the tutorials on w3schools, tiztag and maybe a easy book and then start ripping away, always quicker learning something by breaking it and learning to fix it!

w3schools is always the best source of that kind of information.
