Yes you do need a logo. Anyhow, to much green for me, the background looks like a lawn. The picture of the woman on the top left should not be blurred, I'm sure you know you customer base-they want to see that picture in all its virgin glory, serious. Why dont you show the website with no background just so we can see what it looks like.

I think the green is OK, it just need something to provide contrust.

What bothers me most is the statement 'best viewed in: 1024x800'.

This is a game site and it seems so utterly uncool to be concerned with the resolution.
