The computer is a human made and programmed machine that is designed by the programmer in a manner that any no. of languages the user can installed in it for their convenience. But actually the computer only understands binary language and gives you with results in the language you wanted to see.

computer understands machine language i.e 0's and 1's the mathematical expressions are done easily in this language.

Well, Computers understand binary language which translates into instructions. In order to make a computer understand higher level languages you need to use a compiler or interpreter.
